Ripoff

This company charged me $500.00 to market my timeshare. When I began to question their efforts they stopped communications. I ask for a refund and never heard a word from them. They told me their company had an 85% sale rate and I was assured they weren't like other companies in business that only took your money and did nothing. I see I'm not the only person unhappy with them. Is there any recourse here???
