March 16th, I was contacted by Connie Hegel (no longer employed) to list my timeshare with Copeland Marketing. I agreed to do so and was charged $900 (by credit card. I signed a contract allowing Copeland Marketing to market and sell my timeshare for $7500.
June 3rd I contacted Copeland to get an update on the progress. I spoke with a person named Allyson (no longer employed). She told me no progress had been made, some interest had been shown by coustomers.
August 21st I contacted Copeland again for a progress report; no progress had been made but some interest had been shown by customers. I spoke with Jessica Lamee (no longer an employee)
October 16th I contacted Copeland for an update and spoke with Miranda (still employed). Miranda informed me that my timeshare hadn't been marketed for sale only for rent. She told me she would change the listing immediately and did so.
In November I contacted Copeland once again and asked for a refund because they hadn't kept up their part of the contract by not marketing my timeshare for sale, only rent. I spoke with a lady named Joann (head of marketing). She explained to me that I had to write a letter to Amy Hanagan (Head of Finance) to request a refund.
I filed a request for refund with Amy and waited for a response. I written to Amy on the following dates: Dec. 22,27, 29 , Jan. 9, Feb 5 and 7. Her continued response to me is "the Vice President is out of the office and will make a decision later concerning a refund.
Of course, I know I'm getting the run-around now.
