Forced to pay 75% termination fee after closing business

ADT specialized in ripoff no't on security services I singup a agreement with ADT, before I know this, I don't need the services any more because I shot down the business and they force me to finish the contract or 75% of termination fee. That is new for me, the person who sold me the services never told me nothing, about it. I don't know what to do same one can help me?
