They say membership packages will be sent out within 7-10 days from the date they call, and when you don't receive them, they tell you each time that a new package will be sent out, three times I have been told a package would be sent out and not one has been received by me. When I asked to cancel and credit my account since there promise wasn't any good, they began to harrass me over the phone and argue with me. After a few emails, and a couple of faxed letters, they tell you they are tired of your sending over 400 correpondences to them when that never even happened! They faxed me over their cancellation policy, this is 3 weeks later.

When asked why they couldn't email the info previously, when you requested it, they had no answers, but contineud to argue with you, had numerous conversation and then were informed that the conversation were recorded without your knowledge. Something is FISHY about this company!!! They refuse to credit your account when they were in the wrong and didn't send out the package as THEY PROMISED!!!
