Ripoff went throgh bank account with drew $450. With out my authority

My granddaught sighed up for Direct Tv.

She need a deposit to send to them and she doesn't have a checking account. So she called me at work on 3 way and ask could I let her use my card for the down payment. So I agreed.

They came out to her house to install and said it couldn't be done and to just sent the eqipment back, after along discussion.

NOW I found out they have went in and deducted $450.00 from my checking account with out my authority. There was never any discussion that more than the original deposit would come out of my account and the salesman knew that it wasn't her account, because he was on the phone with her when she was asking me to let her use the account for the deposit.

I have called to explain this to them and they still say after the equipment is returned they will still keep half of the money that was taken out of my account. I thank they should not be allowed to just go into anyone's account and deduct money.

Also they are now going by a different name, the first name was Direct TV and when I called today they said it wasn't Direct Tv but was Direct Satellite Inc. But the equipment box clearly states Direct Tv on it. So I thank they are trying to fool someone.

Please help me if you can. All help will be appreciated.
