Mark Oprisiu worst customer service I have ever experienced

We signed a contact with Rainman Landscaping to perform a large landscape job on a house ($20,000). They were very nice until they received our money for that job. Since that very day, they have done a 180 degree turn and have been extremely rude, deceptive, and unfair. I will leave the details off of this memo, but rest assured they are not a company you want to do business with no matter how nice and fair and "honest" they seem to be.

I do not have complaints about the quality of work. I only have complaints about quite simply the worst customer service we have ever experienced in our life by the owner, Mark Oprisiu. We will make a point to make sure it is on file here and elsewhere about the way we were treated.
