MARK MOORE did an absolutely outstanding job assisting me with my car purchase, I could not be happier with the service I received at Off Lease Only. And it's the whole team, really - from the time I found the car online and got a really nice email back form internet specialist Cathy, to getting financing through Rachel (who also did an unbelievable job), to salesperson Mark staying 2 hours late till past 9 pm to make sure we are happy and taken care of till the end. Experience unlike any other used car dealership experience, hands down. Mark was highly professional and knowledgeable and gently guided me through the process of choosing my perfect car - and I ended up buying Audi A4 instead of Mercedes, and very happy with my choice now, one week into it. What a great fun personality he has, and nice attitude. Honest, down to earth and personable. I will definitely refer my friends and colleagues to Mark. And will be back myself.
