USA Card Service was supposed to be providing me with the following:

1. Education tools powered by start up essentials
a. gold setting manual & business plan instruction
b. SMI basic business certification program
c. Quick start business videos on demand

2. Website Tools powered by Colony on Online
a. Unlimited Page Website & Customized LOGO
b. Shopping Cart Software (add unlimited products)
c. Domain Name Registration 1 year
d. 2 Email Accounts at your company domain
e. Website Hosting 1 year
f. Online Training Tutorials Site stat tracking software
g. Mailing list management tool
h. Access to directory of drop shippers
i. File Upload Program & Custom Form Builder
j. Integrated Shipping & tax software

3. Advertising Tools Powered by Startup Essentials
a. PayPerClick Guaranteed TOP Yahoo, MSN, CNN
b. 250 Color Business Cards (you only pay shipping)
c. Website Submission Submitnet
d. Search Engine Ranking Checker Tool Submitnet

4. Accept Payment Tools Powered by USA Card Services
a. Accept checks by Fax, phone & online
b. Accept Visa MasterCard Dis (Amex is optional)
c. 2.35% Discount Rate - $. 20 Transaction Fee

They have not supplied me with the following:

e. File Upload Program & Custom Form Builder (does not work)
f. Integrated Shipping & tax software (???)

After several days I checked their Web Site to see if I needed to do anything before I received these products. All I found was an E-Mail address where I did send a E-Mail to. The E-Mail was replied to in about four days. The E-Mail said that I have contacted the wrong department.

After 4 days I called and ask about several of the products. Their response was I would receive an E-Mail with the information I needed.

After several days of not receiving an E-Mail I called back & said I would like to return the products & for them to return my money back to A-1 Leasing so that my leasing contract would have been repaid and closed.
They replied to me that I signed a non-cancelable contract and that they have not received any money and could not reimburse me the $3596.76 dollars.

A-1 Leasing has recently sent me the following E-Mail:

Dear Michael:

Hall's Saleshas defaulted on the payments of your lease for your credit card processing equipment with Startup Essentials.

Your website is now suspended and all other services will no longer be available.

If you have not already done so, to avoid legal action, you will need to immediately send back all the equipment that was originally sent out to you. Please send this to:

I called A1-Leasing to find out their address. They told me to send it to the above address, they also told me that I would responsible for paying out the lease.
