USA Card Services, Startup Essentials, A1 Leasing, James One, Whatever Else They May Call Themselves, Bond Corp, Talk About a SCAM! Ripoff

I just wanted to post to Thank ALL of you on this website. I like all the others have been smoothed talked into the Startup Essentials program. They tell you that you have to sign this contract but do not give you due process to read the contract as you will "not be eligible for the program if you don't sign up now". I feel especially stupid having been a telemarketer for years.

Thanks to this site and many others I have found out that Startup Essentials and all of the other comapnies are connected in some way to each other.

I have started by sending back the stuff that was sent to me. I called everyone and told them to cancel my accounts. Authorize.net and Ipayment did not hassle me. However, Colony 1, USA Card Services, and Startup Essentials told me that, and I quote "had nothing to cancel with them". I called A1 Leasing and told them I wanted the lease cancelled and they couldn't even find my file! When Laurie did finally call back she told me that my lease was to new to "buy out". I explained to her that the program was nothing more than a scam and told her that my bank had been notified not to allow them to remove money from my account anymore. Laurie said that my file would be handed over to their lawyer and that it would be sent to collections and I would be sent a letter in the mail and would have to respond immediately. I told her that was fine and that I would obtain a lawyer to deal with them.

So I'm starting to tell all the appropriate people about these companies and get this junk out of my life.

Even if they want to come after me, I have NOTHING! I am a stay at home mom, with no income, I hae nothing for them to fight with me over. My question is why would you lease someone for over $6000.00 that has bad, little to no, or a bankruptcy on their credit. These companies are purposly targeting desperate people. Why aren't we protected?
