Ripoff scam

I, like all these others, have been scammed by the promise of a free trial off for 5.95 S & H only. The trial product didn't even arrive until they had charged my card again, this time for $99.90. I wasn't called, I got an email from these people.

I only responded to the email offer... I never saw the disclaimer about being charged a recurring charge. When I did I emailed customer service as instructed and thought it would be taken care of. Now, I've just been charged again and the website has been taken down. When you call the 866 or 800 number off your bank charges you never get to talk to a person. Just a recordining that they will call you back. How do these people look at themselves in the mirror or sleep at night knowing they are stealing money from people?
