I authorized $5.95 shipping for a free trial and $79.95 was charged to my debit card the day I recieved product

On 4/2 I authorized $5.95 to be charged to my debit card for a free 15 day trial for vitalrezv. The frist attempt to deliver was on 4/11. I finally signed for it on 4/22. That very day I recieved an email from them saying since I did not send the product back they charged my account $79.95. WHAT! I never agreed to that.

I wrote several emails and never got a response. I called my bank and changed my number on my card so they could not charge any more on it. My bank said it was probably a scam that usually when they say free trial pay shipping only they have your number and that's all they wanted. I disputed the charges and my bank is investigating but will probably never see the money.

I am not taking any of those vitamins because it came from China and I don't know for sure what they really are. I should have known something wasn't right when the site would not accept my AE or VISA only my debit card would go through. I feel so stupid. I never buy anything off these sites.
