I tried the free trial bottle that was offered online. I was on vacation and left on the 21st of December and did not receive the free bottle. I got home on the 26th of December in which I received the free bottle. I received my bank statement for January 4 and noticed that my account was charged on December 14 for $88.92. I decided to write a letter and return the product but because my account was charged $88.92 that I was not aware of my account became overdrawn. I recently received another bottle in the mail in which I immediately refused and returned the day I received the product in the mail. Saturday I received my bank statement which show that I was charged another $88.92 in which I had sent the product back. Now I have to try to call on Monday to see if I can get a refund back on the charge for a bottle that I immediately refused the day I received the bottle. The frustrating thing about this company is that they charge you and even if you send the product back right away you will not be refunded and I have been waiting for a refund for over a week and I will be very livid if I find that they charge me every month and I have to return the product immediately and never get refunded.
