Does not send merchandise, does not return the money!

My neme is guillermo castillo, I live in mexico city, on 20/03 i placed an order (yhst-1828788829896-9731) in this web site, where the adress is not shown, they provide a phone number but they never answer! After several weeks and e mails demanding the shipping info they provide me a fake number, weeks later they mailed me sayin that the package was returned to them, (i made a serious investigation in my local post office and there where no record of any package delivered) so they say they were unaiavle to give me back my money complete, they say they will return it excep for the shipping cost, well, today is middle may and nothing, there is no money returned.

Even they show an advice of being awarde with the "yahoo top service" they ripped me off!
