I ordered a box set for my son on Dec 4 and was told delivery would take 4-6 weeks.in the middle of January, I sent a complaint thru to their "Customer Service Rep" at the provided email stating I had not received my package. They got back to me saying my package was "stuck in customs" and that I should receive it in another 2 weeks. Never happened. I re-sent a complaint thru stating my package had STILL not been delivered to which they replied they would RE-SEND it free of charge. It was never delivered, and now the DVD Moose site has MAGICALLY disappeared from the internet. My credit card company is in the middle of an investigation into the company in order for me not to be out $ for a product I never received. This company is a fraud!!!
