I received a letter from the Loteria Primitiva stateing that I had won the International lottery. I didn't remember entering, but I was excited that I may be a winner, or as they put it I am a winner. They even gave me an agent name"Don Pablo". As I read the other rip off reports, it confirmed my suspitions of fraud. I'm just happy that I didn't send in my information. I'm a stuggling cosmo. Student right now, and that money would have been an answer to my prayers. I think that they should have to pay all of the people the amount shown, just because of their dishonesty. I hope that they get whats coming to them.
