Ripoff paid for expedited shipment company sent thru USPS and refuses to help locate pkg or refund money

Tinytux, took my money immeditaely upon ordering, which included an extra 10 dollars for expedite.

The pkg never arrived, the website nor emails ever included a tracking #. After contacting Tinytux mutliple times on the phone with no answer, I sent an email asking for tracking #.

Finally I receievd a USPS # that tracks thru delivery to post office, not to my doorstep. USPS has no way to track any further has the seller did not pay for the expedited service, that I paid them for.

Now Tinytux continues to battle with me that the tux was delivered despite having no proof whatsoever.

I am now out $80 and still have no tux which is needed in 2 days: (
