Well I received a phone call from a credit card distributor offering me a Mastercard/Visa for a fee $199.95 and more info on small businesses soliciting saving deals, etc. Package. The customer svs. Rep. Received my info and account # for the $199.95 and explained I would be getting a $3000.00 credit card limit and as soon as my fee cleared with them, they would automatically send me my Mastercard with a package. Then the customer svs. Rep. Told me she was going to connect me with another customer svs. Rep. To verfiy the info given and that the individual would explain the package that was coming with my Mastercard. Prior to the transfer, the 1st customer svs. Rep. Told me that the call would be recorded for quality assurance purposes and if that would be ok. So the call was transferred and the 2nd customer svs. Rep quoted all my info and explained this package from Continental Benefits Group. Apparently, the package contents had discount deals, etc. Never did they tell me that this was a membership package. I received the package 05-00 but no Mastercard. I figured I would eventually receive the card but now it's June 15. During this period, I did some research on the web and found out there were a few reported complaints on the web but not to the Better Business Bureau so I decided to give a few more weeks but no Mastercard. So I decided on June 15 to make a call to the Continental Benefits Group 1-877-276-9753. I asked the customer svs. Rep how come I had no received the Mastercard and of course she came out with some fabricated story that the $199.95 was for the membership. She even retrieved the recording. (in the recording you just here me saying ok to the what I thought was the discount, coupons deals) I told her that they didn't not record the beginning of the call and that I knew that they had scammed me out of $199.95. She told me that the lawyer would hear the recording and dismiss the dispute because I had agreed to the membership. (Guys, they're good!) I asked for her name and if I could speak to some one above her and she just ignored me and could not give me any phone numbers to dispute this with company. I have already sent a complaint and a dispute letter to the Better Business Bureau. This needs to stop. It use to be the elderly now it's the young. Do something about it, now! Don't just forget it... OR ELSE THIS WILL NEVER STOP.

Oh here's additional phone number that they have 1-877-737-0692
