Ripoff offers free bottle and intentionally hides the terms and conditions tricking you into being enrolled in an expensive program

I received an email from this company offering a free bottle of ephedra for weight loss for which you need to only pay for the shipping. They hide some kind of terms and conditions in this offer and immediately use the payment method by which you paid your shipping to begin charging you for a "program" that you supposedly signed up for.in the website, I did not see anything regarding this program.

The charges are high and they come fast. I did not even see the terms and conditions on the form I filled out. It is blatantly dishonest and set up to trick people into giving them money that they never intended to spend. I called them and the girl I talked to said that all the sales are final and when I asked to talk to the manager she said that she could have them call me but I have not heard back from them. She quaranteed that there will not be any more charges. But in my mind, $200 is a lot that they charged on my credit card. SO I called the credit card company and they are going to try to get hold of this company and resolve the issue and get the money credited to my credit card. I have to wait and see what happens in next 30 days. This company should not be allowed to do business and should be charged for criminal business practices.
