They claim i owe them a processing fee when i never even applied to them NEVER

I got an email from them saying i was approved i deleted it, as i never applied for a loan thru them, i actually applied for a payday loan to a payday company called franklin no fax payday loans, which isnt their company at all, the next thing i know i got an email from 200cash.com saying i was approved, i deleted it just figured it was spam, then the next email i got from them showed loan documents,

I wrote to them and told them i never applied to them NEVER, they said they would cancel the loan but that they would not refund the $19.00 application fee I NEVER applied to them so why in the world would they charge me when i never applied to them, thats fraudulant if they are redirectly loan applications from other sites to their page,

I think i know why so many others are having problems with this company as they are stealing applications from legitimate sites that do payday loans like the one i applied to, and they steal the application and then when the person like myself tells them they never applied they then claim to cancel it they will have to charge them a $19.00 application fee anyways, thats fraud.

I think this company should be shut down permanently there are tons and tons and tons of complaints against this company why arent they shut down by the government YET??? They steal peoples applications and claim that people applied to them when they didnt, i thought it wouldnt happen to me but it has, they stole my application from another site and are trying to steal money from me. I am closing my account tomarrow but still thats fraud.

PLEASE get this company shut down PLEASE.
