Here is my letter to Srint and what happened.
Hello,
First off, im not angry at you, I have already yelled at the customer service over the phone. I was suppose to get sprint long distance when i signed up for sprint broadband.
For some reason, i was never signed up for sprint long distance. I have received discount for 6 months.
Now, i find out i was never signed up for sprint long distance and i am charged $50./ month.
YOu guys say the promotion is over, so it is. Why would I be getting the discount if i was willing to sign up for long distance?
I'll answer that question for you. You guys just don't go on the 'honor' system when giving discounts. I was directed to sprint long distance to sign up before I got the discount and now I was never signed up.
Someone did not do their job, and i got screwed. I have proof that I already faxed in showing what i ordered, which was the broadband with the discount.
I immediately signed up for sprint long distance, and i want my $10. Discount.
