Not reliable bad billing ripoff

Well I moved out of my apartment in Jan. 06 I know I called and cancelled my service but I still got billed for two months after I cancelled it. I called today and told them I was like why did you guys bill me. They said you never cancelled until Feb 27. I think someone realized they forgot to put my request in and threw it in because I never called to cancel it in Feb. I called on Jan 2 and requested in. I'm in the Air Force in Abilene TX had to move out do to military related issues. I told them that and they still said screw off you're paying it. I'm not paying this bill. I did not live there and I dang sure am not paying someone else's electricity bill.
