They will send you an offer for a credit card to transfer debt from another card, the offer says, no catches, no cons, for every $1000 you transfer you will pay $7 flat rate. No fees, no kidding. Tired of paying high interest rates? Why not pay a flat fee for only $7 for every $1000 you transfer. This is a rip off, as soon as you get your first bill instead of it being $77 for 11,000 that I had transferred, it was $330 of interest for one month. This is a con, when you call them you can't get through and when you finally do they tell you to read the fine print that it says $7 or 3% whichever is greater, well there you have instead of $77 it is $330. Thanks a lot, Capital One Credit Card, we will move our money back out today.
