Credit card issuers have to be silly. If many people are battling simply to pay their bills today, why would a business like capitol one increase their attention rates. I only are actually among the lucky people and the economy has yet to result in a load on my entire life, but i won't be taken benefit of. I haven't missed a cost or have i actually been late.
