Windstorm ripoff buyer beware

I placed an order with this company in Dec. 05. I recieved & returned it in Jan 06. I ahve called the company on several occasions in which I #1. Would get no answer, #2. Get an answer, put on hold til the line disconnected, #3. Get an answer & be told I'm definately getting a refund, will be sent 2 Fridays from date, #4. Talked to a customer service person (2 months later)& finally got to talk with a supervisor was told my name was now on a list to get a check (instead of credit to my debit) and it would be on April 14 when they would be sending it out. #5. Today, May 1, I talked to Madison, (who I've talked to before) told me they had to call me back because their system was down & no supervisors were available. I ask her if they were going to call me like they were suppose to when I left them a voice mail on a few different occasions? She said she knew nothing about that and that they would be calling me tomorrow. I found this web site right after I talked to her & couldn't believe what I had found out. The stories I read sounded just like mine. (even the getting no answer on the phone.
