Our order for a self inked stamp with our co. Name and address was chargedcredit card $16.90 but not sent

We ordered a self-inking stamp with our store name and address but it was never sent to us though it was charged to our credit card.

I have phoned them at different times but always get the message that they are not available. I got the phone no. From the credit card statement.

I have recently gone on their web site and gotten their e-mail address and told them I was contacting you.
