Are money hungry sharks! Los Angeles California

Internet & Web

I sign up for the trial period online for a month which I will be getting free stamp for 8 bucks and and a scale which is cost $50 bucks! I tried numerous times to cancel before the trial period endede! I used only the stamp but didn't recieved any scale since I have to send them a reply card that I want one and it will charge my account. Since the credit card that I used to sign up is closed there is no way to get money out of it.

I sent several emails to cancel the subscription and they replied back that I could not cancel the subscription by email and had to do it by phone; I have been calling them daily for 2 and a half months, and have been put on hold for long periods of time, at least 1hour or more before finally hanging up. They offer me some other things just to stay with them, but of course I refused! Because I don't need or want anything else from them! I have received several emails from them acknowledging
that I want to cancel my subscription and yet they still continue to charge my credit/debit card for the monthly $15.00 fee, every chance they get! Which as of now at he balance of $47.00! I am a stay at home mother of 4, with little income, this is just not fair to take advantage of others, what go around, come around!

All there advertisement are scam scam scam. They just want to get your credit card! Be very careful in dealing with this company (stamp.com) they will trick you with their advertisement just to get your credit card. They are a bunch of money hungry sharks!!
