This company are real scam artist. I order one month before my wedding and got the order 10 days after the wedding. Below is a copy of the email I sent the company regarding my order and their responds.

I received my order today and the labels were all cut wrong. I paid $90 for labels I can't use. My wedding is in one week. Please either reship me labels that I can use asap or refund my money. Also the glasses should have said Antoinette - Bride and Morris - Groom and date just like it is on your website. However the Bride & Groom part is missing. I must say that I am very disappointed. I had no ideal that the labels were pieces of paper that your company simply printed out and cut. I thought they were labels, the kind that stick. I can be reacted at or. Please call ASAP so that I know if I have to place my order somewhere else to have them in time for the wedding.

There are two types of label paper. Glossy and Waterproof, during the checkout process you did not annotate the type of paper you wanted, which defaulted to glossy paper. All labels are made of some type of paper. As discussed on the phone, we would be happy to replace the labels, I see that you did not purchase the double sided tape. I would be happy to send you a roll so that you can get these done quickly. For the replacement you would be responsible for any shipping other than ground, I can send them out on a 2nd day tomorrow which would make the reach you on Tuesday. You will have a tracking number Friday for your package with tape.
