Efusal to send postage paid return shipping labels

I July i ordered The Firm Wave from an infomercial. Was sent that but in addition in same shipment was included a set of weights which I did not order. The next day I received a package of vitamins which I also did not order. Upon calling the company numerous times was told, indeed, Ihad ordered those items which i did not. On July 26th spoke with a rep. Named Michele who agreed to send postage pd. Shipping labels so I could return these unordered products. The follwing week on August 4th I had not received labels. Called and spoke with rep. Danielle who again agreed to send labels. To date have received none. I understand legally it is not my responsibility to pay return shipping for items I did not order. I have received unsatisfactory customer service and no resolutionof issue.
