Ripoff, dihonest, fakes, fraudulant charges

I contracted Globus to move from Florida to Iowa. I got sick and had to postpone the move, whenthey came they knew this and took full advantage and knew that I had to put my stuff in storage for at least a month until i was well enough to travel.

They charged me twice for a "long walk" move that wasn't done. The chiefof security in my building said they parke dillegally and didn't do the distance of charging me $200 for extra walking. When I told them that they said they dont care if my mother saw them that was tough on me.
They charged for materials they didn't use, such as charging me $36 to put a tv in a box and didn't even protect it. Same thing with an oil painting -they charged me $89 for a box and didn't protect it before they boxed it like was promised. They did this with a few items. I was laso told oh this will break or that will break. When I said bring my stuff back in they said pay us first. THey took full advantage of my condition and when i called to complain they said i am lucky they did n't charge more.

My possessions are still in storage -my calls go unanswered Iwas told not to call them until i had a delivery date. I was trying to find out how much refund do i get if i decided to stay in florida and wanted it moved locally—there was no firniture mostly boxes mind you. I was todl it is $95 and hr 4 hr minimum for something with all the packing they did took 1 1/2 hrs tops and i would have to pay the four hr minimum to have it moved locally, which means it turns into almos $800 when theentire trip to IOWA was only $1200. SOmething doe not sound right about that.

They are total rip offs and are bascially holdong my stuff ostage as they know i won't and cant afford to pay that and if i dont pay the next months storage there will be more fees and so on. When i was told originally i could get to my stuff in storage i am now told i cannot.ineed some clothes.

I have just learned that they do many runs to the ohio area and people have the same complaints.
They talked a good game but are total ripoffs and i am screwed.
