Discrimination, fraudulent, rip off

Last year, I had reported fraudulent activity that was not right for the company. I thought it would be a good idea to report it. Well, it turns out that when I reported it a huge investigation happened. Everyone was questioned and one person admitted to it. The other, covered up his own tracks. I had nothing on him. After the investigation, the guy, who is the branch manager, has always over looked me as trying to get a supervisor's position. After I tried putting an application in a couple of times. He hired another guy which harrassed me and written me up multiple times, for something that is stupid. Since he couldn't do it himself. He sent someone else to come after to and try to get me fired.

After a good six months, the guy left and came back again. The harrassment started all over again. But, instead he works the weekend shift. He started harrassing me there now. I reported it to someone and the boss talked to him supposilly.

Then, the next week came around. He did it all over again. He harrassed me up and down like there was no tomorrow. It was quite upsetting and affected me in a way that wanted me to just leave. Then, I reported it once again and told them this time if it doesn't stop I will report it as soon as possible.

After a week, he left the company and never came back. I was upset about multiple things:

1) I worked there for a while. Did I have a right to actually get the job before anyone else since I was there a for a while?

2) Did I have a right to feel discriminated against?

3) Is there anything I can do at this point to ensure that my boss can't do anything to me?
