I have been with Voicestream for a year. I have missed one payment. They shut off my phone at the end of May 01. So I didn't get to use my phone and it took them... Pro's. Like voicestream a month to turn my phone back on... Not only that they charge me in full but took my weekend minutes away. It has been like that ever since. Every month I have to call those people and talk to them for atlease an hour just to fix my bill. Then in Dec 01 I found out something... I didn't even reached my 600 minutes and they already started to charge me. Plus remember. NO WEEKEND minutes. My phone eventually went off in Jan 02. But now in May of 02 they say I still owe them from May of last year... I have been dealing with this company for one whole year. You would think that they would get their head straight... Now I only paid what I thought I need to pay. And I want my money that they owe me and I want my GOOD CREDIT back. They Give me Bad Credit and I just want them to leave me alone...
