Ripoff took $560 unauthorized from my account after I suspended and lied about it

I suspended my account. Dish Network told me it would be $20 per month. I had email confirmation. Without notice or call they took $560 out of my checking account to pay for "cancelling" even tho I suspended. They said they had my account number on my contract but lied! I didn't have this account number then - I had only used it for online payments. They then gave me a false return number to call and email address. When I forwarded the emails to prove they were supposed to suspend the emails came back and no one answered the phone number! Class action lawsuit if this has happened to others contact me or maybe a lawyer will see this for all of us. This has cost me over $2000 in check fees, other people's check fees, lost work time, cell phone. Help!
