Took our money and never sent the goods! Wont call us back! Ripoff

We were contacted by this company about screen printing some Buisness shirts and caps. After going over everything with them, we payed check by phone and were told it would take 7-10 buisness days to receive our items. We payed 288.20. After 12 days or so and nothing was mailed to us, we started calling the number provided to us. Always got a machine message and never a returned phone call. The toll free number provided to us always gives a busy signal. The money was deducted from our account on March 10th and we have copies of all of this, including the bank info that the money was deposited to. We have yet to hear anything from them and our many many phone calls and never been returned.
