Ripoff dishonest promise of refund internet

Yesterday, April 3 I got back the package that I had sent to 2hijab in Giza Egypt. It was opened, the address sticker label looked manipulated. Everything was resealed, and tightened up with a thin white rope. I never got the refund that they promised.

I have all bank statements and mail evidence to prove everything I am saying is right. Here is a copy of the previous communications:

Anyway,
I am going to return those hijabs that are way way below 5.99 worth. They don't cover all my neck, they don't cover my forehead hair.

Please give me the instructions on returning, I will go tomorrow.

And please, do what you promise. This merchandise is eligible for return according to your policy.

Act fast, otherwise you can get in trouble almost, just like what happened with Alhanna.com for avoiding giving me my refund, saying it was difficult to find my information, papers, there. They had to act fast. Do what you promise, otherwise you can get in trouble too.
