Ripoff do not refund nsf fees that they have caused Neveda

I was first contacted by creditplusrewards for the program. Was told that debit would take place on a certain day and that i would be contacted by loan dept for payday adavance. The debit was taken out eary which caused overdraft fees and never heard from loan dept in regard to the advance. I called was told to fax in proof of the overdraft which i did. I called back and was told that they do not refund overdraft fee even if the debit was done in error. I was speaking with a supervisor at that time, so i asked for a number for someone higher up than her or an address to file a complaint. She refused to give any type of address for their corporate office and wouldn ot give me anyone else on the phone. She stated that she pretty much just hung up after that.

Any help to get more info on this co. And how to let them know they can't just cause problems and walk away.
