Did not authorize their 49.95 debit! Ripoff INTERNET

Yes, i was looking around for a small payday loan. I never once seen this cash card place anywhere on anything! But low and behold, a 49.95 debit was attemped to be taken out of my account! It caused an overdraft since i only had 10 bucks in there! My bank wont refund my overdraft fee, and now when they try to debit again, i will be charged again! I dont know who is worse the cash card place or the banks! They all want my money! And all i have is a small disability check each month! Legal crooks is all they are! If they happen to be somewhere you are, they get your info, use it, and then take your money! I dont care if they do have a ip address and a time! There proves nothing! We buy many things off the net, and have for years, this is one of the few problems i have had! If i have to i will file civil!
