Ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam

An mci vendor called my home and I ordered a cell phone which was under my husbands name. The vendor said that will be okay.

Well i have contacted this company 3 times to deactivate ok they finally sat it has been deactivated. Every time I call them they say I must let them speak with my husband even though i call in and make payments and was the one that ordered phone.

Well ifinally get a final bil that has monthly plans still being billed. Every time i call their 800 254 8991 can never get an answer after holding about 25 minutes at least each time. They are a really sorry company.
