Hair Systems Designs - Margaret ripoff they charge you for your order and don't return your calls or delivery product

I placed an order for a lace front wig with margaret at hair systems designs on august 12th. I have had no communication with this person since october and i still don't have the product. I received a wig and it was not what i ordered. I have sent numerous emails and i call everyday practically to leave a message when the voice mail box isn't full. I had someone call to inquire about ordering and margaret returned her call in a weeks time. She is avoiding my calls and emails therefore i have been ripped off! I was unable to dispute the charges wuth my credit card company because of the time frame! It i now march 17th and $243.00 is gone. I even printed out all of the emails i sent to margaret and fedexed them to her, it required a signature and she did received it. She should not be in business especially if she is dealing with people who need wigs for medical reasons... It could be devasting!
