Takes $36 from custome

My daughter bought a dress at Contempo Casuals at the Maplewood Mall in St. Paul, Minnesota. She decided to return the dress and mailed it back to them (at her expense). She included a copy of the receipt, gave them her address, and never received a reply. I started by calling the store at 651-770-3666 and was told they had just changed managers and to call the district managers. Then I've spent many an hour talking to the "different" district managers at 1-800-735-7325x4120 trying to get her $36. For several months Missy was the manager and said the store "was having difficulty" and had replaced the manager there. My money and the dress would be found. Then Tammy was the district manager and she claimed she would send us the money. It's never come. I've finally told them on their answering machine that I would contact you and anyone else I could to let them know that Contempo Casuals has stolen $36 from my daughter! They have the dress and my daughter has nothing... She deserves her money back! The store manager kept the dress and my daughter's money! Don't shop at Contempo Casuals until they return our money!
