Ripoff ordered sample charged later for$99.90 twice Website very misleading

My wife ordered Hoodia Thin free sample from this company on 2-27-06 our acct. Was charged for two $5.95 charges to cover s&h. On the web site there is a small link to the terms and conditions which you do not see because the order page and submit button are above the link so it appears you are at the bottom of the page.

Reading the website there is nothing to tell you to cancel before a certain date or they will automatically ship the second order, nor did they include any correspondence with the product to tell you this. On 3-13-06 our acct. Was charged $99.90 twice (total$199.80) for a product we didn't order nor authorize our acct. To be charged for. I spoke with a person on the telephone, the person barely spoke english and was very hard to understand.

I eventually was able to talk to a "supervisor" who was much easier to talk to, she was still "unable to help me" and would "investigate the situation " and asked if it was alright to call me back within 24 hours with the results I reluctantly said yes since I was spitting nails by this time. This company is a ripoff, and has the worst customer service dept. I have ever dealt with. They are in the bussiness of deception and lies and nothing more, my advice would be to never do bussiness with them, because I never will again.
