I ordered the above product as a sample for just the shipping and handling charges of $4.95. When I ordered this it said nothing on the order form that I would be sent 3 different products, Renew (Purifying cleanser toner gel, revive (age-defying serum) and replenish (age defying moisturizer). I found this a little weird but decided to give the product a try. Not overly impressed with it so decided not to order again. When I received my bank statement I had two charges on it. One for $99.00 and another for $93.00. I also received (1st) what they named as Wrinkle Free Face, that was the 93.00 charge. The other they named Envisageskin for the charge of 99.00. When I called to see why they had charged me this much money, when to my understanding, it was supposed to be a sample for 4.95 S/H and 4.95 S/H for the other product. I had no clue that the 2 products were from the same company. I was told in no uncertain terms that as far as getting a refund go ahead and try because it plainly stated on the order form that I would automatically be charged if I didn't call and cancel any future orders. I went back to the original order form and in order to get this information you have to go to an entirely different page. The person I spoke with could hardly speak English and was VERY nasty about the entire thing. Told me just try and get my money back. Wouldn't do me any good because they were in the right and I didn't have a reason to request it back because I was just to stupid to read another new page on the conditions of the product. I just want to say that if it sounds too good to be true, you can bet it is. Don't order anything from this company because you will surely be ripped off.
