Ripoff fraudulent missled on money being takin wont return my money

They said it would be a 95$ cost and can cancell at any time in 30 days which at that time a full refund and 100$ in free gas 100$ in long distance i would receive a credit card to go in any store to buy up 3,000 in computer stuff they went in my acount and took 237.00 i cancelled on 12/28/05 not even 2 weeks later. I only have received a letter of cancellaton with can. # saying a full refund yet have seen a penny i receive no phone calls back i would really like my money back it took less than a week to take it out yet its been almost 3 months and i havent seen a cent
