After I contacted National Small Business Alliance and stated within the 30 days required to cancel and sent my package back to them as instructed I was ensured of my full refund of $99.95 and it would take 30 days for the refund. Well, 3 months later, 17 phone calls to them and very rude people who continue to lie for a living, still no refund and of course most banks cannot assist you in refunding the money back into your account after their 60 days limit Dispute time, so We are all simply required to sit back and continue and be guaranteed to be ripped off by this company. The last phone call I have made I did DEMAND to speak with the Refund Department Manager and was given the name of Romie and a phone number of 1-800-350-0577; however, when contacting this number it instructs to leave a message for a supervisor, needless to say no matter how many times I continue to call no matter what time of day, guess what??? Mail box is full, just another part of their scam. Like us small businesses to not have a hard enough time struggling to get ahead with all the licenses, taxes, compliance insurance, etc, we have individuals (National Small Business Alliance) taking advantage of us to prosper with their business.
