I was a victim of this ripoff scam on January 22. I have contacted this company every single week since then in an attempt to recover my money.

Their telemarketers contacted me and explained their program. I authorized the $99.95 deduction from my bank account with the understanding that I had 30 days to review the services and cancel in that time for a full refund.

Later that VERY SAME DAY, I contacted them to ask more questions about their program. At that time, I notified them that I was not interested in the program, and requested a refund of the 99.95. They informed me that they had already taken the money from my account and that they would have to process a refund check which would take several weeks.

It is now March 17th, and I STILL have not received a refund. When I called today, they informed me that in order to process the refund, they required that their "packet" be returned to them.

Their website proclaims that all email inquiries will receive a response within 24 hours. I intend to email them requesting the address of where this packet is to be sent, I will send it registered, return receipt, and I better receive my refund!

Something has to be done about these scammers that promise a "Full Refund", but never come through, or drag it out for months and months. What a disgrace for these scammers to have an address on Pennsylvania Ave in our nation's capital!
