Dishonest data provided guarantee accuracy way off base ripoff

A previous partner of mine and I agreed upon utilizing the services of this company back in November. We set our filters and parameters at a certain level to which this company held to most of the time. They have a return policy in place that states basically if the lead is invalid send it back for replacment. We sent more then 95% of the "leads" back in for replacment just to get more inaccurate leads to replace those-

This company claims they sell these mortgage leads off to three other competitors. I personally as a sales manager pre-screened the validity behind the majority of the so called "leads" provided and the information was either bogus or the client was already in motion with another lender and was ready to sign that day or in the next couple of days.

I understand there is competition in all we do especially in Southern Ca for home lending but when I call a so called "lead" and the person on the other line tells me I the 50th person who has contacted them theres definitly a problem in respect to accuracy and recycling of the "leads" this company claims their providing. I strongly discourage any mortgage company thats looking for true success against utilizing this company's services as they will only take your money.

They are like most every other lead company I have worked with in the last 3 years of conducting business and basically out to rip you off-This campaign cost me and my partner $1800 for 110 leads that never generated one closed loan to compensate us for our initial expenses. Once again learn from our mistake and do not use this company as a source for prospective mortgage clients!!
