Ripoff, company is buying mortgage leads from other lead sources and selling them as exlusive leads

Company is riping off people buying mortgage leads from his company by telling them the leads are self generated through the company via the internet, media blast, marketing, radio ads when infact he is buying from "Lending Tree" and inturn re-selling these leads as "Exclusive" company generated leads.

How are these leads exlusive if he is buying them from "Lending Tree" the same time as others are buying the very same leads and then he is re-selling those leads as exclusive at $40.00 a pop?

And buy the time his clients (like me) get a hold of the lead the borrower on the other end of the phone tells you your the 7,8, 9 person to call me.

*this is clearly a case of Internet fraud. This guy needs to be stopped from scamming people out of their hard earned money.
