Discriminated my disabilities and told me I didn't need to know why I owed them money

I called to find out why I owed the amount they were asking for. As the woman started listing things I told her that two of them were not charges I should have paid for. She yelled at me that I owed the amount, she said "pay it or I am hanging up".

I asked her to list the items I was being charged for, she started listing them really fast. I asked her to slow down. I told her I had Multiple Sclerosis and my hands don't work very well and I couldn't write that fast. She got frustrated with me and told me she didn't care about my disability and I didn't need to know what the charges were and she wasn't talking to fast so I needed to deal with it. I was out of luck and she wasn't gonna repeat it. I then asked to speak to another associate and she hung up on me.

I then spoke to another person and he said he would email a list of charges so I didn't have to write. I thanked him and asked what we could do about the money. He informed me that he would settle for 1009.00 if I paid by 8/28.

I then asked if I could have until 9/5 and I would guarantee him the money. He told me no and said that he gave me an unrealistic due date so I couldn't pay. He was gonna leave it on my credit. I asked if I could make payments. He said yes but he wouldn't give me any proof of it.

He said that I would receive nothing verifying my payments till it was paid off. I told him if I pay you anything you must give me a receipt. He claimed he didn't have to do anything. I asked if he was refusing my payment and he said that unless I paid the 1423.52 in one lump sum now, he wouldn't fix my credit. It would remain there.
