Sprint - ripoff

Same thing as everyone else... Sprint said we owe a past due amount after canceling service. We called, they said it was a billing error and don't worry about it.

Then we start receiving *lots* of calls from RPM Collections.

Don't be bullied by RPM; they use illegal tactics to get you to pay. We sent them a letter and filed notice with the FTC.
