TRUGENIX - ULTRALIFE FITNESS - E Curve ripoff uses fradulent billing to charge you for products you have never ordered

TruGenix offers a free trial hoddia diet pill for only the cost of shipping. Sounds great right? Well not only when you give them your information do they put you on a recuuring payment plan (which is pretty typical) they bill you for a diet program that you cannot even access.

I called to cancel my reccurring payment (which i was a few days too late) they not only told me i could not return the unopened untouched product for "tampering" reasons... (bull) they told me i had been cancelled and would be charged for nothing more!

A week later there is another charge from another company name on my credit card statement (E CURVES) but with the same phone number. So i called it to figure out what was going on.

Here i found out that when you agree to pay the $6 for shipping you are not only agreeing to the recurring payments you are agreeing to subscribe to a diet and excercise website that is $30 per month. I recieved NO information on this website and was issued NO username or password... Though you needed on to access the site. And recieved NO paperwork of any kind along with my product (when asked why to a supervisor "Desire" the response was "I do not need to remind you of what you already agreed to"

So here i am having NO knowledge that i have purchased access to this website... And even if i did i had not been issued a user name or password to access the site. They will not refund me the $30, i was not allowed to speak to anyone about the supervisor, i was given a P. O box as an adreess, there was no other phone number or any email address that i could use to contact anyone else. And i did not find out my username and password until i called to find out what i had been charged for!!!

Then i asked to cancel the fitness program and they said they could not do it over the phone i had to go do it on line because it was a different company!!! I didnt order anything from the different company... How did they get my billing information???

No only was i lied to by "trisha" and told that i was all cancelled up and nothing would be charged to my account, i was charged for something ELSE i could NOT return (and had no knowlege of in the first place) but when i spoke to "Desire" she was rude, hung up on me several times, would not answer my questions truthfully, would not give me any other information about how to contact someone above here, when i asked her questions she woud reply with "WHY?" and would not answer them, when i asked her to repeat my username and password, she refused, told me that she did not have to remind me of what i had ALREADY agreed to. Ultimatly leading to her hanging up on me. Real professional huh?

So now i am going to write to the P. O Box that i was given and see if i can get a response.
