USA Card Services
Ripoff lied to me swindled my money extremely deceitful with promises

Shops, Products, Services

After I filled out an online survey suggesting I was interested in a home based business, I received a few calls from different businesses along with USA Card Services who said they were with JPMorgan/Chase. After a short spill from them we told them we weren't interested, in which case, they called back a couple of weeks later and in between that sent us at least 2 emails advertising their product. I seriously thought that because they were with JPMorgan/Chase that it was a reputable company that I could trust.

They advertised to assist people in setting up an Internet marketing business.

Near the end of our second conversation I ask what it would cost me to buy out the lease if this didn't work for me he said $2500.00; I said that wasn't too much to pay if it didn't work out... So I went ahead and signed a 48 month lease at $108.69 a month for the credit card system to allow customers to purchase my products over the Internet.

They sent me a regular credit card terminal that can't be used over the Internet I called USA Card Services when I received the credit card terminal to find out how to hook it up to my computer to make credit card transactions and guess what??? You don't need it to take credit card transactions over the internet (I found out I didn't need it but wasn't asked if I wanted it they just sent it to me having me believe that I needed it to make transactions!) THIS IS A NON-CANCELLABLE LEASE AGREEMENT.

USA Card Services advertises - No Upfront Money From You, We set up your E - Website, We Advertise you, We train you, We help make you money, The quicker you're making sales the quicker we're making money. They invest a $5,000 Program in you that included the following:

SET UP E-COMMERCE WEBSITE. Professional design. Domain name & hosting. Shopping cart (unlimited products) Access to drop ship companies. Access to name brand products to sell. They advertise me. Guaranteed TOP of YAHOO, MSN, CNN.

Submission to 200 more search engines, 250 color business cards, Customized logo. They train me. Complete 8 week internet marketing course. Professional guidance to finding my niche market.

Toll FREE support hotline and 24/7 email support.

Because they make their money from credit card transactions, the quicker I am selling means the quicker they make money. To be considered you will need to go through a brief live interview by phone.

The first thing that happens is that they lease you a credit card machine thru A1 LEASING Leasing that has no useful purpose for an online business. They convince you that it is necessary and have you sign a lease agreement for 48 months on this piece of equipment. They took their first payment within two weeks after I received it.

The second thing that happens is you are sent a do-it-yourself program that is extremely difficult to follow and even contradictory in places.

There is supposed to be on line tech support - but never was. I sent numerous e-mails for support but 9 times out of 10 my questions were never answered.

The advertising turns out to be a pay per click thing and runs out in about 50 clicks. Then you must PAY MORE or no more advertising. They say you dont need anything else after you sign but you have to pay to advertise. True they do start you off with searchmarketing at Yahoo but it takes months to get on search engines so I ended up getting my own account through Yahoo to get myself out there so people could see me which cost $150.00 just to get the account then I had to put additional money into the account.

The web site is stagnant except for those who know your web address.

After a while some company plays on your desperation to get this thing going and for a small fee of $2400 and a monthly fee after that... (no one that I have had contact with went down that road)... But it appears to be a scam to get more money. (this same $2400 company claimed that USA CardServices was up for a Class Action lawsuit but couldn't tell me how I could get info on that and maybe that was to gain my trust in their company... I don't know...)

It is nearly impossible to find a reputable dropshipper. USA Card Services sent me a dropship list but I was only allowed access for a month (I found out later when I tried to access it). I had to email them again to get me more dropshippers so they sent me a homemade list that included a lot that were not accessible or were not even dropshippers.

The website is generic thru Colony One. If you want anything more professional you must again PAY MORE.

I was told that all I had to put in was about 20 hours a week and then would have the potential for making a good amount of money, I put in hundreds of hours and did everything they told me to do but had no success. At first I thought it was "Just ME" having a problem not making my sight work, but in doing some research on the internet and finding usacomplaints.com and the better business bureau I see that there are possibly hundreds of people that have had the same success as I have with this product.

I specifically told them that I knew nothing about being self employed or even the internet for that matter but he assured me that I would be making enough money to pay my monthly payments and lots more. He also stated that after a year, the company would be willing to invest $120,000 to expand my business.

I was supposed to have a personal coach but didn't get one until - someone called me saying that USA Card Services called him and told him that I wasn't making money and if I'm not making money then they're not making money and that he was here to help; he convinced me that I needed to buy their Gold Package to assist me in really getting going and making money lots of money. I ask him if I bought this package would I make money over this holiday season... And he told me that I WOULD bring money in for this Christmas selling season. I took his word for it and bought the package ($1787.00) and of course, I didn't make money. I feel really stupid for being trusting.
